DR. FRANK SCHOENTHALER
CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD (CEO)
After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering and several years of research in the field of Applied Computer Science, Frank Schoenthaler received his doctorate from KIT Karlsruhe in 1989.
Since its foundation in 1994, Dr. Schoenthaler has been CEO and Chairman of the PROMATIS Group and is responsible for corporate and product strategy. He is the author of numerous scientific and application-related publications in the areas of business processes and information systems and is considered an internationally recognized expert.
In addition, Dr. Schoenthaler is a trustee of the AIK Angewandte Informatik Karlsruhe e.V. as well as president of the board of trustees of the Integrata Foundation for the Humane Use of Information Technology. His involvements in the Oracle Partner Advisory Boards for EMEA and Germany enable him to play an active role in the cooperation with strategic partner Oracle.
RAINER MANN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
As COO of the PROMATIS Group, Mr. Mann, who holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Operations Research / Computer Science, is responsible for the operational business, controlling and administrative processes. Mr. Mann has made a name for himself as an expert in the implementation of major digitization projects. In doing so, Rainer Mann established the design of new business processes and change management in the implementation of business processes in an interdisciplinary environment as his main focus. Furthermore, as an executive consultant, he advises clients on the design and implementation of governance and risk management strategies.
MICHAEL MOHL
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Michael Mohl holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Operations Research / Computer Science. Mohl is a sought-after expert for consulting, conceptual design and training in the integration of Oracle enterprise applications in customer-specific IT environments. His professional focus is on the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, consolidation and accounting (IAS, US-GAAP, HGB).
JOCHEN RAHM
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
As CTO, Jochen Rahm, who holds a degree in industrial engineering, oversees the methods and technologies relevant to the operational business of the PROMATIS Group on a strategic and tactical level. Jochen Rahm stands for customer orientation and efficient change management, especially in a global context. As an executive consultant, he supports strategic customers in the implementation of demanding digitization programs. In doing so, his focus is always on intelligent solutions for the operational excellence of companies.
DIETRICH LINDNER
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
As a graduate industrial engineer, Dietrich Lindner is CFO of the PROMATIS Group and is responsible for the Group's financial matters at a strategic, tactical and operational level. In particular, this includes accounting, financial consolidation and corporate reporting.
Lindner moved to Switzerland in 2000 and held various positions in controlling at UBS, including a teaching position at the Swiss Academy of Auditing. His professional focus also included accounting and controlling in other positions at smaller financial service providers. An expert of financial products, he contributed this experience to the sales organization during his time at Oracle, demonstrating the added value of digitalization to customers.
