Work-life-balance
As a responsible company, we are committed to the work-life balance of our employees. Admittedly, this is not always easy, especially when projects are pending in mission-critical areas of our customers and bottlenecks in capacity emerge. All the more important it is to have a healthy, trusting, honest communication between all those involved, which lays the groundwork for mutually agreeable solutions. With measure bundles for flexible working hours, work-life balance and health promotion, we have paved the way for a good work-life balance. Additionally, we offer sports programs and various activities for joint leisure time activities. However, expectations for a suitable work-life balance will always be very individual, so this will be an important topic in the ongoing dialog with supervisors and our HCM experts in personnel development.
Integration
PROMATIS operates as a global employer and recruits qualified personnel all over the world, preferably in Europe, the Middle East and North America. The smooth integration of foreign specialists is therefore a key success factor at our company. Support during the first steps in the new country, language courses and active mentoring are effective measures for a successful integration. We round them off by promoting shared intercultural contacts and activities. For us, integration also means practicing tolerance towards other religions, cultures, traditions, skin colors and genders. And we expect this tolerance from all our employees.

The digitization industry is characterized by an unprecedented pace of innovation. Today, PROMATIS generates a large part of its sales with products and solutions that did not exist a few years ago. For our employees in all divisions, this results in a qualification pressure that can only be kept up with continuous learning. In line with the principle of promoting and challenging, we create scope and opportunities for continuous learning processes. This includes the use of training programs of our strategic partner Oracle, targeted workshops and coachings as well as the PROMATIS learning factory. In internal projects, we combine research and development with intensive qualification. Targeted certification measures in cooperation with our strategic partners complete the spectrum. A particularly efficient learning component is mentoring by experienced colleagues in the introduction phase and in personal development phases. We also promote active communication with internal and external knowledge carriers and experts, which generally guarantees particularly effective and rapid knowledge acquisition.
