The PROMATIS Extractor extends the functional range of implemented Oracle solutions. It extracts data from the desired system and prepares the data according to legal requirements or the company's internal guidelines. This allows for seamless, safe and easy further processing of data in any case.

MEC / GoBD

With the Plug-in MEC (Month End Closing)/GoBD, the information for the digital audit can be extracted from the Oracle E-Business Suite in accordance with the principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form as well as for data access (GoBD), and can be made available in a GoBD-compliant format. The data can be read and analyzed directly by the standard IDEA tool of our partner Audicon.

MDM

The Plug-in MDM (Master Data Management) enables the extraction of complete master data records from the Oracle E-Business Suite. Available master data objects include customers, suppliers and articles. This data can be imported into analysis tools or Microsoft Excel. This plug-in can be used to provide data that is required to answer customer inquiries about personal data according to article 15, paragraph 3 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

P2P

The Plug-in Procure2Pay (P2P) enables the extraction of complete purchasing and accounts payable transactions from the Oracle E Business Suite. Available transaction objects include purchase orders, incoming goods and accounts payable invoices. This data can be imported into analysis tools or Microsoft Excel.

The Plug-in DATEV enables the provision of tax-relevant data in DATEV format. With this plug-in, all postings with subledger information as well as balance carried forward values and master data (customers, suppliers, chart of accounts) can be provided and directly imported and analyzed in the DATEV software solutions.

UVA ELSTER

The Plug-in UVA ELSTER (advance VAT return) is an interface perfectly tailored to the Oracle E Business Suite and fully automates the transfer of the advance VAT returns to the tax authorities. The tax-relevant information is exported from the general ledger (GL) and then transferred to ELSTER with just one click.

ZM ELSTER

The Plug-in ZM ELSTER enables the electronic transmission of the recapitulative statement (German: ‘Zusammenfassende Meldung’, for short: ZM) to the German tax authorities. Using the Oracle Standard ESL (European Sales Listing) report, the exported sales list (XML output) with tax-relevant information from the receivables subledger is transferred to the ELSTER interface with just one click.

MIG (only available for E-Business Suite)

The Plug-in PROMATIS MIG supports the data migration from the E-Business Suite into the Oracle Fusion Cloud. It enables the extraction of complete data sets (e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Order Management) from the Oracle E-Business Suite. The data is exported in CSV format and can then be uploaded directly into the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
