After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering and several years of research in the field of Applied Computer Science, Frank Schönthaler received his doctorate from KIT Karlsruhe in 1989. Since its foundation in 1994, Dr. Schönthaler has been CEO and Chairman of the PROMATIS Group and is responsible for corporate and product strategy. He is the author of numerous scientific and application-related publications in the areas of business processes and information systems and is considered an internationally recognized expert.

As a graduate industrial engineer, Dietrich Lindner is responsible for the operational business of PROMATIS AG in his role as Swiss Country Manager. In addition to his role as Managing Director, his focus is on supporting customers in the preparation and implementation of complex transformations of their business processes.

Lindner moved to Switzerland in 2000 and held various positions in controlling at UBS, including a teaching position at the Swiss Academy of Auditing. His professional focus also included accounting and controlling in other positions at smaller financial service providers. An expert of financial products, he contributed this experience to the sales organization during his time at Oracle, demonstrating the added value of digitalization to customers.

Dr. Walti, born 1948, is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Zurich; licentiate (1972) and doctorate (1978). 1979 Postgraduate studies at IMD International Institute for Management Development (formerly IMEDE), Lausanne (Switzerland); Master of Business Administration (MBA 1979). Since April 1991 independent management consultant in the IT and telecom industry: strategic partnering and M&A, restructuring and reorganization of software and IT companies, executive search, legal and contract consulting in IT and telecom, development and implementation of corporate, marketing and IT strategies, execution of market analyses, due diligence, preparation and assessment of IT decisions. Member of the board of directors and advisory board of various IT service and software companies.
