With the “compatibility progress index”: family friendliness as a trademark!

Ettlingen, May 18, 2021 – The “Compatibility Progress Index” (Fortschrittsindex Vereinbarkeit) is part of the “Success Factor Family” (Erfolgsfaktor Familie) corporate program, by which the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, in cooperation with business associations and trade unions, promotes a family-friendly working environment. The aim is to establish family friendliness as a trademark of the German economy. The index was developed in cooperation with the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag, DIHK) and the Federal Association of Human Resources Managers (Bundesverband der Personalmanager, BPM) for use in business practice. PROMATIS – specialist for intelligent business processes and Oracle digitization solutions – participates in the ongoing measurement of family-friendly corporate culture and decisively supports the compatibility of work and family.

Digitization, securing skilled workers, dynamic markets – only future-oriented companies can successfully meet these challenges on a daily basis. What is needed is a corporate culture that supports flexibility and personal responsibility, and in which all employees can unfold their motivation to perform. An important element of this type of corporate culture lies in the compatibility of professional and family responsibilities. CHIP Employer Study 2021: PROMATIS among the TOP employers for IT jobs

Ettlingen, January 29, 2021 – They are future-proof, lucrative and in demand: More and more jobs revolve around IT. In addition, corona has triggered a digitization boost – the demand for IT specialists will continue to rise perspectively, because digital business models, technologies and processes require corresponding know-how. However, the job market of the future is multifaceted – whoever sets out on a hunt for their dream job loses orientation quickly and might miss out on the best offers. This is where the study “TOP Employers for IT Jobs” (German: “TOP-Arbeitgeber für IT-Jobs”) comes in: It presents the best employers for IT specialists from 20 relevant branches. As an evaluation basis, the study took a look at the criteria “mystery checks“, “expert analysis of websites” and “employee assessments”. With a result of 81%, PROMATIS – specialist for intelligent business processes and Oracle digitization solutions – ranks among the awarded companies.
Qualified experts are the elementary key to successful corporate development. It is by no means still a question of whether a company will digitize, but how and when it will. In times of progressing digitization therefore, digitization experts, business process and IT specialists, software developers or cloud and system specialists are more in demand than ever. Despite the good prospects for IT talents, the search for a suitable employer turns out to be tedious and overall time-consuming. Thus, the study “TOP Employers for IT Jobs” has set its sights on intentionally supporting both parties – employers and jobseekers.

Over a period of six months, 2,802 companies have been examined with regard to three central criteria: Apart from application process flows, career websites as well as employee assessments were taken into account.
