Oracle named a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Digital Experience Platforms 2021 report

This year’s report evaluated the 13 most significant digital experience platform providers based on 26 criteria. Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX) was one of only four Leaders and received the highest possible score in 19 of the 26 criteria including: vision, market approach, and partner ecosystem, as well as campaign management, digital commerce, customer analytics, and customer journey management.

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Named a Leader for Fifth Straight Year in 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant

Oracle placed furthest to the right for completeness of vision and highest for ability to execute compared to 9 other vendors

Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has been named a Leader in 2021 Gartner “Magic Quadrant for Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large and Global Enterprises” for the fifth consecutive year. Of the 10 products evaluated, Oracle is placed highest for its ability to execute and is placed furthest to the right for completeness of vision.

Oracle enhances customer experience platform with a B2B refresh

Oracle has added a bevy of new features to its Oracle Advertising and CX platform, which are designed to accelerate sales cycles, resolve customer service inquiries faster, and develop engaging loyalty programs that can grow customer lifetime value.

Oracle CX is a part of Oracle’s Fusion Cloud platform, which offers applications including customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management, and others along with its CX product.
