Job Description:

PROMATIS relies on business process–driven and solution–oriented consultants to guarantee the success of our customers. This includes being communicative, committed and an effective team player, but also strong as a lone warrior with an interest to bring fresh ideas and drive the business forward. PROMATIS consultants are expected to work proactively, have analytical skills, a keen perception and a high demand for quality, and like to take on professional responsibility and can present complex issues in a clear and concise way.

In collaboration with the customer, PROMATIS consultants design intelligent business processes with our proprietary modelling tool, Horus®. What’s special: Our consultants consistently rely on easy–to–understand business process models, and deliver ready–made Best Practice solutions to effectively implement Oracle Applications. With products from global market leader Oracle®, we team up with our customers to transform their business with innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of your work as a consultant, you will conduct workshops on business process analysis (with our proprietary modelling tool, Horus®) and design digital solutions within Oracle applications
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of organizational change management measures
  • Design and implementation of business requirements through configuration and adaptation of Oracle enterprise software (Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite ERP, Oracle E–Business Suite)
  • Development of functional solution concepts and technical specifications for customer–specific requirements (customization)
  • Execution of user training/coaching as well as support tasks during prototyping and test phases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management or computer science. Other areas of education are also highly considered.
  • Profound business knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Finance and accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics, production, customer experience (sales, marketing, service), human resources management (HCM)
  • Basic knowledge of database programming in SQL; PL/SQL is a plus, but not required.
  • Necessary ability to facilitate presentations/meetings and interface well with clients.
  • You have a keen perception, work independently, are solution and customer–oriented and a responsible team player
  • You have strong communication and structuring skills
  • Mobility in project work within the US and abroad
  • Your aim is the responsible use of modern digital technologies and processes to create sustainable user experiences

Salary:

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education. These wage factors will be assessed during the interview and offer process. A PROMATIS Consultant can expect to earn between $68,000 – $120,000. At PROMATIS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
